In addition to the PCB fabrication and assembly services, Bittele Electronics can program PCB devices prior to assembly. The types that we can test include DIP, SDIP, SOP, MSOP, QSOP, SSOP, TSOP, TSSOP, PLCC, QFP, QFN, MLP, MLF, BGA, CSP, SOT and DFN. Complementing our PCB device programming service, Bittele Electronics is also capable of In-Circuit Serial Programming (ICSP) and label printing.
When desired by the customer, Bittele Electronics will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the Intellectual Property rights are maintained.
Bittele’s device programming service is monitored by a certified programming management system and performed with the SuperPro-5000 from Xeltek Inc., which is capable of programming 81,000+ different kinds of ICs with 144 universal drivers. Utilizing socket adapters, it can program the following: MCU/MPU, EPROM, EEPROM, FLASH, Nand Flash, PLD/CPLD, SD Card, TF Card, CF Card, eMMC Card, eMMC, MoviNand and OneNand.
To program the devices, Bittele requests that you provide documentation in one of the following formats: Binary, Intel Hex, Motorola S-Records, Tektronix, Extended Tektronix and POF, including settings, configurations or checksum.
